N-POWER DEVICE DELIVERY UPDATE: What You Need To Know About N-Power Device Collection And List Of Items Required At The Collection Center.

Please read this carefully before going for your device collection. This N-Power device delivery update is for only batch A, i.e. all beneficiaries who selected devices before March, 2017.

You will recall that we shared N-Power Device Delivery Update here in August and explained the process of receiving, pre-loading and delivering the devices. We also shared info on how the device came to being, which is through an Asset Finance Agreement entered into by the Federal Government of Nigeria with the Bank of Industry to provide devices for N-power beneficiaries. As at today, some vendors have delivered their devices but Brian and Speedstar are yet to be delivered. A team is currently pre-loading each of the delivered devices with over one million resources which include videos, textbooks and so much more.

To this end, N-power has begun to deliver devices to beneficiaries (who selected devices before March, 2017) in Lagos and Abuja. There has however, been a hold on delivering devices to N-Agro volunteers in Lagos and Abuja. This is because;

1. Lagos N-Agro has not completed their training with the Ministry of Agric.
2. A huge number of N-Agro beneficiaries in Abuja did NOT turn up for the training. The ones who turned up will be contacted soon. 

Collection of devices in Lagos and Abuja was done in MTN Service Centers but the pace was not very fast, so it was ramped up for Rivers State.

So for those collecting devices in Rivers, be orderly and don’t rush. It is NOT a first come, first serve basis. NO ONE can give your device to anyone else for each device has been marked with the owner’s name. And if there is any miss up and you mistakenly collected another person’s device, please return it because it will not function for you and you will surely be traced. Also, DO NOT PAY ANYONE demanding money from you to get into the collection venue. Instead take a photo, record a video and post it on any of the N-Power social media channels and it will be addressed immediately.

Additionally, the good news is that shipping has begun to 7 other states asides from Lagos, Abuja and Port-Harcourt. The states will be announced once the logistics have been fully addressed (subscribe to our newsletter and receive the update in your mailbox). Please understand that this is a process. Everyone will get their devices. N-Power is working, just be patient. All parties are working assiduously to ensure that the devices get into your hands in the shortest time possible.
