JOB TITLE: BOOKING AGENT
Main Responsibilities:
Increase revenues
Keep a well organised diary of daily activities and upcoming annual or future events
Submit a contact list weekly
Proof read, Edit print and deliver proposals, letters and documents
Create, Follow up and conclude open transactions as directed
Negotiate in line with standard terms and conditions
Relate with clients as per guided terms and conditions
Ensure clients become repeat clients via proper follow up and interactions
Provide the group with a protocol report and guide for every event
Manage information as directed
Be the Ambassador of the brand as directed
All other duties as assigned
