They are hunting for a real talent with right attitude to urgently fill available vacant positions in their firm. They hereby seek applications from suitably qualified candidates for the positions listed below:

1. PROPERTY OFFICER
The ideal talent must have previous work experience in a well-established real estate or facilities management firms based in Lekki, Ikoyi or Victoria Island and must have strong real estate management background.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3years cognate experience in Property Management, Real Estate Management preferably in a Real Estate or Facilities Management firm.
Qualifications: HND/B.Sc in either of Estate Management, Facility Management
2. CLUSTER MANAGER - REAL ESTATE FACILITY MANAGEMENT
The ideal candidate must have supervised or managed various multiple estates in facilities management context and must have managed various FM teams in different estates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years cognate experience in Facility Management preferably in a reputable Real Estate/Facilities Management firm based in Lagos especially on Lagos Island.
Qualifications: HND/B.Sc either in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, M.Sc. in Facility Management and IFMA Certification an added advantage.
3. CLEANING OPERATIVE PERSONNEL
The ideal candidate must possess cleaning experience in a real estate setting and must reside around Lekki area.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1- 2 years cleaning experience in any firm whilst cleaning experience in real estate firms is preferable.
Qualifications: SSCE holder. Age: 20 -25
